Borno Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, met with the minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouk over humanitarian needs of Internally Displaced Persons, (IDPs) in the state.
Zulum, who was in company of his Special Adviser and Coordinator, Sustainable Development, Partnerships and Humanitarian Support, was at the Ministry in the Federal secretariat, Abuja.
Discussions, held behind closed doors, focused on humanitarian needs in Borno and supports for IDPs to start up economic activities for self reliance.
