The United States Embassy in Abuja has described as false, social media reports of Student Visa ban for Nigerians.
In a Facebook post Monday, the Embassy advised Nigerians to disregard such reports and communicate them as false.

The manufactured news has been traced to a guerrilla online platform Naija News published on June 14.
