Security concerns have been raised by the Nigeria Customs Service’s (NCS) seizure of a sizable amount of illegally obtained weapons and ammunition in Lagos.
Authorities have verified that a significant amount of guns have been seized, albeit the precise value and quantity have not yet been made public.
After arriving in Lagos, Comptroller-General of Customs Adewale Adeniyi is scheduled to brief reporters at the Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone “A” in Ikeja on the latest developments.
