Member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency, Hon. Chief Dr. Bishop Philip Agbese, has assured constituents that the development agenda across Enone remains firmly on course, declaring that his administration will remain focused on delivering results rather than responding to political distractions.
In a July goodwill message released on Wednesday, the federal lawmaker, widely known as the Enone Servant, expressed profound appreciation to the people of the constituency for their unwavering support, describing their steadfast partnership as the foundation upon which the successes of his representation have been built.
“Our well meaning constituents, whose relentless commitment and steadfast partnership remain the solid bedrock of our collective progress, deserve our deepest appreciation,” Agbese said.
He emphasized that the mission to transform the constituency through impactful projects and people centred representation remains unchanged, assuring residents that more development initiatives are on the way.
“The mission is firmly on track, and our resolve to deliver tangible results and accelerated development remains unshakable,” he stated.
In what appeared to be a direct response to his political critics, the lawmaker dismissed what he described as “marketplace noisemakers” and “sitting room strategists,” insisting that his attention would remain fixed on governance and service delivery.
Agbese remarked that some of those criticizing his administration were once closely associated with his political movement but have yet to demonstrate comparable effectiveness in public engagement.
Rather than engage in political exchanges, he said his priority is to continue executing projects and fulfilling campaign promises to the people.
Using a football analogy, the Deputy Spokesman of the 10th House of Representatives declared that his team would continue “scoring beautiful goals” for the people, emphasizing that performance, not rhetoric, would remain the hallmark of his representation.
The July message ended with his trademark sign off, “Shukura,” while reaffirming his commitment to sustaining the momentum of development across Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency.
