Everton’s Alex Iwobi has been named the Players’ Player of the Season.
His teammates appreciated him for running a successful campaign.
Iwobi played a variety of positions throughout the season, recording the highest number of assists in the team with eight and scoring two goals.
He maintained his strong performance from the previous year. Since joining Everton in 2019, this is the first time Iwobi has received the honour.
Everton defeated Bournemouth 1-0 on the final day of the season to narrowly avoid relegation.
