In Ebonyi State, the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) is holding its 31st election to elect officers to various positions.
The election, which is being held at the Independent Electoral Commission’s (INEC) state headquarters, is being contested by fifteen political parties.
AC, APC, APP, APGA, APM, NDP, ACC, AAC, PRP, PDP, NNPP, SDP, YPP, ZLP are among the accredited parties.
Egbeola Wale Martins, the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, assured that the process would be transparent.
Chika Samuel of the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) proposed and Kate Ohakam of the Alliance People’s Movement seconded the motion to dissolve the outgoing executive committee (APM).
