The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced fresh election dates for 2023 on Saturday.
Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the commission’s National Chairman, said this at a press conference in Abuja.

The Presidential and National Assembly elections will now take place on Saturday, February 25, 2023, according to him.
On March 11, 2023, governorship and state house of assembly elections will be held.
