A Federal High Court in Abuja, on Wednesday, ordered the Federal Government to pay Omoyele Sowore and Olawale Bakare N200,00 each.
jukwu revealed that this is necessitated by the prosecution’s sloppy showing where A. Aliyu standing in for Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN) tried to slow proceedings and further delay the commencement of trial by making a false statement.
The case is, however, adjourned to Thursday.
