The Presidential Election Petition Court has rescheduled the pre-hearing of the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, petition against Nigeria’s President-elect Asiwaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Friday, May 19.
The court, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, set the date after the petition’s parties failed to agree on documents, among other things.
According to The Nation, officials from the two factions of the Labour Party clashed at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal on Wednesday.
