After going insane and beginning a shooting spree at Command’s headquarters, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) working in Aba was arrested.
After his pistol stopped firing, riot policemen demobilized the personnel simply known as Henry.
When he was demobilized, police said he was playing with the gun.

According to sources, Henry began beating passers-by and shop owners near the Central Police Station (CPS) gate at the Police Officers Wives Association Shops (POWA).
Then he began firing the gun at random, causing many to flee for their lives.
Henry was taken into jail, according to Geoffrey Ogbonna, a police spokeswoman.
