Nollywood actress, Temitope Osoba has died after a long battle with cancer.
Osoba’s passing is less than two years after she asked for financial help for her second surgery in November 2024, it was reported.
On Wednesday, Nollywood actor, Alesh Ola Sanni, announced the sad news in a post via his Instagram page that Temitope passed away on Tuesday evening.
He wrote, “Couldn’t sleep since last night it’s well rest in peace my dearest sister Temitope Osoba we had amazing time and good memories together till we meet again. mehn gosh I really dunno what to say.
Recall that Temitope Osoba had opened up about how cancer almost stopped her from getting pregnant.

The thespian revealed in an interview on Oyinmomo TV that she had to go through series of tests to confirm that the cancer had not spread.
Temitope said the doctors had told her she would not be able to conceive for the next five years because of the medications as it would affect the baby.
But she said she dismissed the report, held on to her faith and began to pray and fast over the matter.
“They told me I had cancer and I would have to go back to see how far it had gone,” she said. The doctors also told me I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant for the next 5 years because of the medications I’d be on, since they could impact the baby.
