Nigerians who want to return home should register with the Nigerian embassies in Poland, Hungary, and Romania, according to the FG.
Those without passports must also obtain Emergency Travel Certificates, according to the document.
“The Federal Government wishes to inform that arrangements are being finalized for the evacuation of the first batch of Nigerian nationals who wish to return home via Romania, Poland, and Hungary,” the statement said.
Intentional evacuees should be aware that only those who have been documented by Nigerian embassies are eligible for evacuation.
“As a result, those who have yet to register for the exercise are encouraged to do so, as it is a requirement.”
