Temitope Adewale Adedeji has been named the new Majority Leader of the 10th Assembly by Lagos State Speaker Mojisola Meranda.

The constituency of Ifako-Ijaiye I is represented by Adedeji.

This statement follows the impeachment of former Speaker Mudashiru Obasa on Monday, which resulted in Meranda becoming the new Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.
