The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi kanu has warned that some of the Igbo elders, who are always good in condemning the efforts of Eastern Security Network in a bid to show their support for Nigeria’s unity will be dealt with.
Kanu’s warning came following the faux call for unity by some elders, politicians who only seek political relevance by condemning every effort to protect the eastern region from Fulani invaders.
Recall that Kanu, on December 12, 2020, had floated the Eastern Security Network (ESN) to protect the lives and properties of people in the eastern region from Fulani terrorists herdsmen, however, some Igbo elders have opposed to the idea.
Majority of these elders are community leaders and President Generals, PGs, who have secretly sold communal lands to Fulani herdsmen in the southeast; they do not support the idea of evicting herders.
Most politicians have also used the faux call for Nigeria’s unity to retain political positions at the detrimental expense of their people.
Kanu, in a radio Biafra broadcast on Saturday, pointed out that the ESN is doing a very good Job and it is the responsibility of every Igbos to support them.
He also enjoined Nigerians to stop lamenting that Fulani herders are carrying AK-47, and arm themselves for the impending war that is coming and inevitable.
This is not the first time Nnamdi Kanu is raising alarm of the grand plan of the Fulani jihadists to conquer and take over Nigeria. Kanu is known for his prophecies which have always come to pass.
He cautioned the Igbo elders, politicians to steer clear from sabotaging or speaking against Biafra agitation, ESN, else they will face the wrath of IPOB.
“All the Igbo elders backing the Fulani herdsmen will suffer in their hand. We will no longer tolerate any Igbo elder that talks and support one Nigeria again”. Kanu said
