War: Putin Seeks Foreigners To join Russian Forces In Fight Against Ukraine

Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, has appealed for volunteers to combat Ukrainian military.

Putin stated that international forces wanting to fight with Russian troops in Ukraine are welcome.

According to the BBC, he spoke at a Russian security council meeting in Moscow yesterday.

After Russia’s Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, declared 16,000 volunteers in the Middle East were ready to join forces with Russia against Ukraine, the president spoke.

“If you see that there are those who want to come to support the people in Donbas of their own volition, not for money, then we need to give them what they want and help them go to the combat zone,” Putin stated.

Putin just declared war on Ukraine as a result of the country’s decision to join NATO.

Despite repeated appeals from the international community, Russia has persisted to wage war.
