President-elect Joe Biden is currently being treated at the building of Delaware Imaging Network in Newark, Del after suffering hairlines fractures over the weekend.

His doctor, Kevin O’Connor made this known on Sunday when he stated that Joe Biden broke his right foot while playing with Major, one of the Bidens’ two German shepherds, on Saturday.

The doctor also disclosed that the President-elect could make use of a walking boot for several weeks before he can be healed.

Secret Service Agents are currently guarding the building where President-elect Joe Biden was being treated for hairline fractures to his right foot.

It was earlier believed by officials that Joe Biden twisted his ankle, but his personal physician, Kevin O’Connor has confirmed that he had sprained his right foot and X-rays did not appear to show “obvious” bone fractures.

O’Connor, who is the director of executive medicine at George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, added that a follow-up CT scans has been conducted and it revealed small fractures to Biden’s lateral and intermediate cuneiform bones in the mid-section of his right foot.

“It is anticipated that he will likely require a walking boot for several weeks,” O’Connor said.

In his reaction to the video of Biden leaving an orthopedic office in Delaware on Sunday, President Donald Trump tweeted, “Get well soon!”
