The Borno State Governor Prof Babagana Zulum has appointed Umar Ibn Kyari El-Kanemi as the new Shehu of Bama.
The delegation of Borno State Government led by Alhaji Usman Jidda Shuwa, FWC the Secretary to Borno State Government, The Commissioner for Local Govt and Emirate Affairs, the Director Emirate Affairs among others confirmed the appointment of Alh Umar Ibn Kyari El-Kanemi at the Shehu’s Palace Bama in Maiduguri today as the 2nd Shehu of Bama.
It could be recalled that today marked 7th day of the demise of late Shehu of Bama HRH Alh Kyari Ibn Umar El-kanemi.
His Royal Highness, Alhaji Umar Ibn Kyari El-kanemi is the eldest son of the late Shehu of Bama.
