Reasons Behind Possible Two-Year Ban on Real Madrid’s Vinicius by FIFA

FIFA is presently looking into Vinicius Jr., a Brazilian winger for Real Madrid, and he may face a two-year ban because of a reported conflict of interest.

The FIFA Ethics Committee received a complaint from Tiberis Holding Do Brasil, a Brazilian corporation, on April 7 that sparked this investigation.

The ethical regulations, which forbid players from owning professional teams directly or indirectly, may have been broken, according to the lawsuit.

Vinicius reportedly owns shares in the Portuguese team Alverca and the Brazilian squad Athletic Club de São João del Rei.

Should Vinicius be found guilty, he might have to leave these clubs or be suspended for up to two years, among other serious repercussions.
