Two phones belonging to two protesters were allegedly stolen by police officers during the BuhariMustGo protest on October 1st.
During the protest, men from the Galadimawa Police Station in Abuja arrested the protesters and allegedly took their phones before transferring them to the FCT CID.

Men of the Galadimawa Police Station in Abuja arrested the protesters during their protest and allegedly collected phones from them before they were transferred to the FCT CID Saharareporters gathers.
“They forcefully collected the phones from them before transferring them to the FCID. Their only sin was for calling for the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari.
“One of the lady protesters, Deborah Yusuf was also attacked by a police team led by DSP Altine Hyderia. The same police officer that shot human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore with a riot gun,” a source told the publication
Early in the morning, protesters took to the streets, demanding good governance, transparency, and an end to insecurity.
They set up a blockade on the road leading to the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport and distributed placards with the words “Buhari must go” written on them.
The protesters were apprehended, chased, dispersed, and taken into custody by armed anti-riot police officers led by ASP Altine Daniel.
