A petrol-laden tanker on Saturday was gutted by fire on Kara Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

The fire outbreak started around 1 am on Saturday, November 7.

The incident has caused gridlock on the road as no firefighter was at the scene.

Report says some vehicles had been trapped in the inferno.

The Kara Bridge is no doubt becoming an hot spot for fuel tanker accidents.
