Mr Peter Adejoh received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Management from the prestigious Universite La Hegj – Benin Republic on Friday, February 27, 2022, and the West Africa Students’ Union WASU MOST DISTINGUISHED BUSINESS PERSONALITY AWARD of the Year 2022, in recognition of his contributions to nation building.
At the grand event held at the Wells Carlton Hotel, Asokoro – Abuja, Dr. Afolabi Akanni, Registrar of Universite La Hegj – Benin Republic, performed the formal conferment, while President of the West Africa Students’ Union (WASU), Cde Pillah Romans, presented the prestigious WASU Personality Awards to Mr. Peter Adejoh, Executive Chairman/CEO of Camey & Rock Group.

As a Special Guest, Amb Osisiogu Osikenyi, President of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), addressed the gathering on factors that impede access to education in Africa, citing funding, incessant industrial actions, and other factors as reasons that keep students out of school in Africa.
The visibly elated Recipient accepted the honors and thanked the University and WASU for their recognition, promising to do even more of the things for which he is being recognized.
