Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu, according to the stakeholder, will be a worthy representative of the party in the state ahead of the March 5, 2022 congress.
The decision to endorse Ndubuisi was made in light of his commitment and excellent contributions to the party, according to a statement signed on behalf of the party members by Hon. Emeka Igwe, Coordinator, Spokesperson, Barrister Patrick Okafor, and Secretary, Hon. Divine Onyekachi.

“We, the entire House of Assembly candidates of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the last general elections of 2019 in Anambra State, write to endorse Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu (Obuka Awka) as State Chairman of the PDP in Anambra State in the upcoming State party congress,” the statement read.
“The excellent credentials Chief Nwobu brings to the position of Chairman of our party in the State bolsters our endorsement.”
“Obuka Awka has distinguished himself in the last four (4) years as party Chairman by demonstrating the selflessness, hard work, tenacity, and discipline required of a leader in that capacity. He toiled day and night to reposition our party and make PDP a viable opposition party in the state that it is today.”
“Experience is said to be a vital tool in the piloting of every human endeavor, and Chief Nwobu has plenty of it, which will benefit him and the PDP in the State as the party prepares for another general election in 2023.
