Popular Nigerian Nigerian prophetess Dr Blessing Chidinma Prince, a.k.a Mummy B from Oyigbo, Rivers State has warned cross-dresser and barbie, Bobrisky to repent and change his ways or face severe affliction of an incurable ailment.

The prophetess, who is from the Prophetic Ministry, made the prophetic declaration following a revelation she had about Nigerian Barbie and cross-dresser, Bobrisky.

She made the declaration on her Instagram handle, where she said that the celebrity she-male will be struck with an incurable sickness if he does not stop his abominable ways.

“Prophecy! Prophecy!! Prophecy!!! That was how I got a message from God during the 2018 election, many hated me because of that, but at last, it came to pass. Any person that can reach Bobrisky should tell him the Lord is asking him to repent and change from his abominable ways; else sooner or later he would be incurably sick.

“Thus says the lord from prophetess Dr Blessing Chidinma Prince, Mummy B Oyigbo Rivers State Nigeria,” the prophetess wrote.

Bobrisky reacts

Meanwhile Bobrisky in a lengthy reaction to the prophesy posted on his Instagram handle saying noting the amount of hate he has amassed simply because of how he chooses to live his life in Nigeria.

According to him, there are several other pressing issues in the country that need urgent attention, but people have decided to get busy with his personal affairs.

“How am I the problem of Nigeria? How does being a cross dresser, and a transgender woman translate to abomination? It is rather bemusing to me that a lot of people will have me killed, than the evil politicians and people in power punished,” his message read in part.

“Why hasn’t she seen how we are going to eradicate crime, joblessness and corruption in Nigeria? They are always seeing things about other people’s lifestyle that hurts nobody,” Bobrisky said.

In conclusion, Bobrsiky noted that God is merciful as such, he would not be dying young. He said: “My greatest joy is that God is not man. God is kind, he is full of love and compassion and I am loved by him, I will not fall sick or die young, because God is a good father.”

My attention has been drawn to a certain prophetess and her prophecy about me changing my abominable ways or sickness will befall me. . It’s ridiculous and pathetic how much hate I have amassed from living out my originality. I don’t kill, I don’t steal, I don’t defraud others. How am I the problem of Nigeria? How does being a cross dresser, and a transgender woman translate to abomination? It is rather bemusing to me that a lot of people will have me killed, than the evil politicians and people in power punished. . Many of you who are not transgender, or a cross dresser are still evil. You cheat, you kill, you’re filled with bitterness and hate. You backbite, you plot how to execute malicious plans and all forms of corruption. Your sexual orientation, gender identity, or how you choose you fit into the societal precepts of gender doesn’t make you a good person. . Whoever knows that malevolent prophetess of doom should tell her that I, Bobrisky, says that she will be the one to fall sick if she doesn’t refrain from trolling me with the guise of spirituality. She is a schizophrenic patient, and I understand that. She’s such a great seer? Why hasn’t she seen how we are going to eradicate crime, joblessness and corruption in Nigeria? They are always seeing things about other people’s lifestyle that hurts nobody. . My greatest joy is that God is not man. God is kind, he is full of love and compassion and I am loved by him, I will not fall sick or die young, because God is a good father. If you think I’ll die, start planning your burial cos I’ll be there. GOD BLESS YOU ——— BOBRISKY

‘Stay-off my DM’ – Lady behind viral bleaching video warns ‘ignorant’ Nigerians

0

The lady behind a viral video which emerged earlier this week of a new bleaching procedure made its way on social media and it got online users talking, has come out taking a swipe on Nigerians who have besieged her wall.

She lashed at other self acclaimed beauty expert and ladies sliding to her DM asking her for the secret behind the procedure. She threatened to expose them if they don’t block themselves from her page.

In the video  a lady was inside a tub filled with water-like substance; maybe bleaching chemicals, while her skin was being peeled off by another lady.

The video triggered  negative reactions from Nigerians who felt that ladies are beginning to take their quest for a ‘lighter’ skin to a whole new level.

However, the lady who is the supposed skin expert has come out to air her displeasure with Nigerians for the heavy backlash that came her way and that of her client after her procedure made it way online.

Queen Elizabeth set to handover royal duties to Prince Charles

0

.The Royal is said to be thinking of bringing in the 1937 Regency Act

.The Act states that the monarch can hand over her duties in special instances

The Queen, pictured at Lady Gabriella Windsor's wedding in May, will hand over the majority of her duties to Prince Charles when she turns 95, a royal expert has claimed

The Queen will hand over the majority of her duties to Prince Charles when she turns 95, a royal expert has claimed.

The royal, who turned 93 in April, is reportedly discussing bringing in the 1937 Regency Act in two years, which allows the reigning monarch to hand over power if it is felt they are unable to perform their duties to the fullest.

The Act will mean Prince Philip, a Houses of Parliament spokesperson and a third senior person will have to declare evidence supporting the Queen’s request to relinquish the majority of her duties.

The Queen will still retain her title, but Charles, 70, would take on the majority of the duties performed by the sovereign, while The Duke of Edinburgh, now 98, would become Guardian of the Queen.

‘There is talk that when she reaches 95 in a couple of years she may slow down and possibly the Regency Act will be brought in.

‘She will still be Queen but Prince Charles will, in fact, take over most of the duties.’

‘He is starting to do that already, being at the state opening in Parliament and the Commonwealth conference.

‘He is starting to take over a lot of the duties and doing the investitures.’ Mr Dampier a Royal source said.

Charles has already been taking on an increasing number of royal duties over recent years.

Palace sources have previously indicated that the Queen has told her inner circle that, if she is still on the throne at the age of 95, she will ask for the piece of legislation – granting her eldest son full power to reign even while she still lives.

One senior former member of the Royal Household previously told the Mail: ‘Out of the profound respect the Queen holds for the institution of monarchy and its stewardship, Her Majesty would want to make sure that she has done everything she can for her country and her people before she hands over. She is dutiful to her core.

‘Her Majesty is mindful of her age and wants to make sure when the time comes, the transition of the Crown is seamless.

UN Women rallies partners to take a stand against sexual violence on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

0

“Orange the World: Generation Equality Stands against Rape!” is the UN theme for this year’s 16 Days of Activism

From 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, multiple events worldwide, such as marches, art competitions, cycling rallies and marathons will be organized as part of the UN System-wide activitiesfor the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, to urge actions to end this scourge that impacts one in three women worldwide.

At the UN, the annual 16 Days campaign, which mobilizes governments and public alike, is commemorated under the umbrella of the Secretary-General’s campaign UNiTE by 2030 to End Violence against Women. The theme of this year’s UN commemoration, which uses the orange colour to symbolize hope and a brighter future without violence against women, is: “Orange the World: Generation Equality Stands against Rape!” The theme highlights the need to endthe “rape culture” that is entrenched in our society, whether in situations of conflict, peace, in our homes or on the streets.

Despite worldwide mobilizations led by survivors and activists in recent years through movements such as #MeToo, #TimesUp, #Niunamenos, #NotOneMore, #BalanceTonPorc, and others, sexual violence continues to be normalized and embedded in our social environments. Violence against women and girls continues in every country. From the trivializing of rape, victim-blaming, the objectification of women’s bodies in movies or TV, the glamorization of violence in ads, or the constant use of misogynistic language, we are all daily witnesses to this rape culture, sometimes even silent bystanders, and have a responsibility to stop it.

UN Women Goodwill Ambassador Nicole Kidman has lent her voice to the cause of ending violence against women since 2006. On the occasion of the International Day, she said: “As a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, I know that we all have a role to play. The 16 days campaign is a moment for the world to come together and take action. I urge you to join the campaign this year to stand against rape and be a part of the efforts to end all forms of violence against women.”

As the global campaign kicks off, UN Women’s clarion call is for people to take a stand against the pervasive rape culture that surrounds us.

UN Women Executive Director, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, said: “Rape isn’t an isolated brief act. It can have life-changing, unchosen effects—a pregnancy or a sexually-transmitted disease, immense trauma and an unwarranted sense of shame. In both conflict and in peacetime, it often shapes women’s decisions to move from their communities through fear of attack or the stigmatization of survivors. If I could have one wish granted, it might well be a total end to rape.”

Exact numbers of rape and sexual assaults are notoriously difficult to assert due to frequent fear for victims to report it. Yet, approximately 15 million adolescent girls (aged 15 to 19) worldwide have experienced forced sex at some point in their life. Furthermore, three billion women and girls live in countries where rape within marriage is not explicitly criminalized.

One of the key challenges in prevention and eradication of rape and sexual harassment is the issue of consent, and the current lack of understanding that only yes means yes. Equally important is that the consent is offered with free will, without being induced by fraud, coercion, violence or threat of violence, and in the person’s full capacity – which is not the case, for instance, when someone is drunk.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Yusufu Buratai, says the super camp concept adopted to tackle activities of insurgents and other criminal activities in the country has been yielded the desire results.

Exercise CROCODILE SMILE IV: Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen TY Buratai addresses troops of Super Camp 1, Tarkwa Bay during his operation visit to the camp on Sunday 24th November 2019

Buratai stated this in an interview with newsmen during an operational visit to Tarkwa Bay super camp on Sunday in Lagos.

He said that the troops have had a better understanding of using super camp approach to tackle the myriad of security challenges confronting the country.

Buratai said that decision to adopt the approach was based on the threat analysis and evaluation of the challenges that the troops had encountered in operating along the conventional approach.

“Luckily, we are achieving a lot and as you can see, with the renewed zeal of our officers and men and the successes been achieved not only in the north east but across the country.

“These exercises Crocodile Smile, Ayem Akpatuma and Atilogwu Udo, are being operated along this concept of super camp.

“We are happy that the results that are coming out are quite encouraging and we will continue to develop on this concept.

“But the greatest result that we are receiving is in the north east,” he said.

According to Buratai, the concept has completely changed the troops’ mode of operation, increased their confidence and has given them the ability to project and reach up to the terrorists’ hideouts.

He added, “It has given more confidence to the people there because people are getting more confident and it is quite encouraging”.

The Army chief said that army would continue with the concept, develop it further to make it more formidable, stronger and explore all its advantages.

He pledged to expand it further for the benefit of its operations and the synergy with other security agencies and the sister services.

According to him, “the Nigerian army has been able to enhance civil military cooperation through the various exercises being undertaken across the country.

“This will improve the relationship between the army and the public for them to give us maximum support, cooperation and maximum information that we will require to develop into intelligence.

“The assessment of this exercise Crocodile Smile (IV) is quite encouraging.

“It is an improvement to the previous ones from the outreach, the comment by the people and the impact on the troops both in Lagos and Ogun States.”

Scores killed after plane crashes in DR Congo’s Goma

DR Congo plane crash

At least six bodies have been recovered after a small plane with 19 people on board crashed in the eastern city of Goma in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), according to local officials.

No survivors were expected, Richard Mangolopa, an official at Goma airport, told AFP news agency on Sunday.

The plane, operated by the local company Busy Bee, crashed during takeoff for a flight to the city of Beni, North Kivu Governor Carly Nzanzu Kasivita’s office said in a statement.

The Dornier-228 aircraft crashed into a residential area near Goma airport, AFP news agency reported.

Heritier Said Mamadou, Busy Bee airline staff member, told AFP the plane was carrying 17 passengers and two crew members.

“It took off around 9 to 9.10am (07:00 GMT),” Mamadou said.

Air accidents are relatively frequent in the DRC because of lax safety standards and poor maintenance.

All of the country’s commercial carriers, including Busy Bee, are prohibited from operating in the European Union.

In October, a cargo plane also departing from the same airport crashed an hour after take-off, killing all eight passengers and crew.

Witchcraft Conference: Organisers snub CAN, insist it must hold

0

Despite the cancellation of the booked venue for their witchcraft conference, the organisers said they are marching ahead and will announce a new venue soon.

Professor Egodi Uchendu, director of the B.I.C Ijomah Centre for Policy Studies and Research said the protest and campaign by the Christian Association of Nigeria and Christian students in the University of Nigeria(UNN), Nsukka will not deter them from holding the academic conference.

“Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right. CAN and others are free to express their opinions just like we have the freedom to have an academic conference on witchcraft”, Mrs Uchendu, a professor of history said.

“I’m delighted that the conference is generating the debate it should across the nation. Nigerians should look critically into the subject of the conference and identify how it’s impeding our national existence and personal experience”, she added.

She absolved the UNN from the cancellation of the booking for Energy Centre, as venue for the conference, billed to begin 26 November.

She said the centre is owned by the Federal Government and is domiciled in the UNN.

“UNN DID NOT deny us use of Energy Centre. Energy Centre did. Energy Centre is a Federal organ domiciled in UNN. It’s not controlled by UNN. Their decision to deny us their venue may not even be known to UNN”, she said.

The conference on witchcraft has generated controversy since it was announced that it would take place in UNN Nsukka.

Students, believing that witches and wizards would descend on UNN, during the conference, printed posters decrying the plan.

They were joined by the Christian Association of Nigeria, which escalated the opposition and urged Christians in the South East zone to embark on prayers to dissuade the organisers from holding the conference.

Chairman of CAN in the South-East zone, Bishop Dr Goddy Okafor demanded that the programme be called off immediately.

Okafor said: “I call on all Heads of Blocks, State Chairmen and other Stakeholders of Christian Association of Nigeria South-East Zone to take up aggressive prayers against the planned convention of Witches and Wizards slated to hold on November 26 at UNN.

“This convention is not of God and must not hold in Jesus name. Exodus 22:18 says, ‘Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live’.

“I hereby direct, all Christian Churches in South East of Nigeria to take up lamentation and pray against this evil movement in all our churches this coming Sunday.

“I also call upon all Christian Campus Fellowship Groups and other Christian Students’ Associations to join in this effort and stand up for JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD against this evil development in South East Of NIGERIA.”
