Nigeria’s Super Eagles have dropped once again in the latest men’s rankings released by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Thursday.
The three-time African champions have fallen from 38th to 39th position globally. This follows a previous decline from 30th to 38th position in last month’s FIFA rankings.
But despite their slide in the global rankings, the Super Eagles have maintained their fifth position in Africa.
The Atlas Lions of Morocco continue to lead in Africa, followed by Senegal, Egypt, and Cote d’Ivoire.
