A video posted by entertainment blogger Tunde Ednut provided a glimpse into the manufacturing process for some lipstick products.
In the video, an Asian woman is seen using a lot of palm kernels to make lipstick.
Several Nigerians who watched the video and commented on it did so to express their opinions on the procedure.
Watching this video will leave you impressed if you are a fan of products that are not tested on animals, and palm kernels are used in the production of lipstick. A video that went viral and was posted on the blog of Tunde Ednut demonstrates how a woman made lipstick out of palm kernel fruits.
The video demonstrates how the Asian woman first removes the fruit’s skin by pounding it, then cooks the fruit to remove the pulp by boiling it. She then combines the produce with some essential oil as well as some other products, and the end result is a row of perfectly formed red lipsticks.
