Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has been challenged by legislator Boma Goodhead, who represents the Akuku/Asari Toru Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, and other demonstrators to go back to Rivers State.
Together with the others, Goodhead demanded that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu summon the former Rivers State governor to account, promising never to let up and let the FCT Minister embezzle Rivers State.
The legislator spearheaded a protest in which Wike received a warning not to go back to the state he had managed for eight years.
Wike was additionally cautioned to control his goons.
“My intention is to convey a very clear message to the Federal Government of Nigeria,” stated Goodhead.
“Tinubu thinks Wike gave him Rivers State, but even Wike was a failure in his unit. He was unsuccessful in both his ward and LGA.
“We’re here to tell Ahmed Bola Tinubu to call Wike to order so that we won’t just stand by and watch him ruin the peace the next time he enters Rivers State.”
“We’ll teach Wike what it means to hold Rivers State when he comes to Rivers State. If you are a male, we challenge you to return to Rivers State.
