Kebbi gov inspects road construction in state capital

The continuous building of the Birnin Kebbi township roads is proceeding at a high grade, and Kebbi State Governor Nasir Idris is pleased with this.

The governor’s chief press secretary, Ahmed Idris, made this announcement in a statement that was made available to media on Saturday in the state capital of Birnin Kebbi.

His principal, according to Idris, made the comments soon after examining the roads in the state capital’s Gwandangwaji neighborhood.

The governor expressed his appreciation for a “job well done” and complimented the contractor and the state Ministry of Works.
He clarified that in order to guarantee rapid development throughout the state, his administration will not waver in its commitment to building more infrastructure.

“We have already flagged off Yauri township road, they will soon move to Zuru and Arugungu Emirates for the same project,” Idris said, expressing his happiness over the work and his vow to make a similar gift to the other three Emirates in the state.

The governor reaffirmed that his administration is prepared to give priority to work in other areas, including as youth empowerment, health, and education.
Speaking as well, Muslim Farouk, the state commissioner for works, commended the governor for appointing them to the task and gave his word that it would be finished by the deadline.
