The 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has been delayed from April 5 to April 10 by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Newsmen in Abuja were given access to the board’s weekly bulletin on Monday, which includes this information.
The message stated that the change was made to make sure that all preparations were made and that a number of innovations and improvements were made to make the test one of the greatest in history.
It stated that the rescheduling was also necessary to make room for the exercise’s expanded number of testing locations.
The main UTME will begin on April 25, 2025, while the mock UTME, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, will now take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025.
“The board acknowledges the necessity for creative solutions to maximize the simulated exercise’s intended purpose in accordance with international best practices and current research on examination procedures in our region.

It stated that candidates should wait for the notice about the printing of their mock notification slip, which will include information about where their testing venue will be. (NAN)
