On Sunday at noon, the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, says it will start compiling the results of the presidential and parliamentary elections of 2023.
This was disclosed on Saturday in Abuja during a news conference on the general elections of 2023 by INEC Chairman Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
Mr. Yakubu stated that starting on Sunday, the commission would be expecting results from the states.

“I’d like to extend an invitation to you to attend the official opening of the National Innovation Center for the 2023 general elections at noon on tomorrow (Sunday).
“We anticipate some election results from the states, particularly for the presidential election, by tomorrow.
So, tomorrow at noon, the collation center for the presidential election will open, according to Yakubu.He added that there won’t be a need to address Nigerians before Sunday (Feb. 26), except if there was the need to do so.
