Gunmen Attack, Kill Native Doctor’s Three Children

The incident happened on Saturday evening in the state’s Awka South Local Government Area, in the hamlet of Nise.

According to reports, the criminals slaughtered the victims inside their flat after scaling a building’s fence.

According to locals, the perpetrators placed the victims’ bodies in the back of a car parked inside the compound.

The youngsters who were killed ranged in age from two to six.

According to the locals, their father is a native physician.

The attack has not been attributed to any group.

But according to local sources, the event may have been related to a dispute over a business arrangement between the victims’ father and some other people.

Tochukwu Ikenga, the Anambra State police spokesperson, confirmed the murder on Monday.

According to Superintendent of Police Mr. Ikenga, the attack happened on Saturday and was reported to the state’s Police Command on Sunday.

Three siblings were killed by some assailants, according to a report we received from the local Divisional Police Officer.

He claimed that after breaking into the facility, the attackers killed the victims and left their bodies inside a Mercedes Benz that was parked there.

According to the spokeswoman, police officers had gone to the scene of the event and removed the bodies.

“We’ve taken over the scene and engaged with the deceased’s father and others nearby, and the information they’ve given us is assisting us in starting a manhunt for the suspects,” he said.

According to some locals, the victims’ father would frequently lock the kids in their apartment while he and his wife, the mother, went on business, and only feed them when he got back.
