A fire outbreak has been reported at the ECOWAS Commission Secretariat in the Asokoro District of Abuja, the Nigerian capital.
As at the time reporters arrived at the scene, firefighters were seen putting out the fire that has reportedly affected the floor accommodating the Department of Finance and Account of the Commission, TVN gathered.
