A Magistrates’ Courtroom in Osogbo, Osun State on Wednesday granted bail to a pacesetter of #EndSARS motion within the state, Emmanuel Adebisi, who was arrested by the Division of State Providers (DSS).
Based on Vanguard, Adebisi was arraigned by DSS on 4 counts bordering on forgery, impersonation and unlawful possession of Nigerian Military Uniform, and had since December 14, 2020, been remanded in Ilesha Custodial Centre.
The presiding Justice of the Peace, Mr Isola Omisade, had declined oral bail software of the defendant, ordering his counsel to use for his bail formally.
