#EdoDecides2020: Ize-Iyamu claims victory in two more LGA

The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Edo State, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has won two more Local Government Areas.

Ize-Iyamu, who had previously clinched victory in his local government and that of ex-governor, Adams Oshiomhole, on Sunday morning added Etsako Central and Akoko-Edo LGAs respectively.

In Etsako, the APC candidate picked up 8,359 votes while incumbent, Godswill Obaseki garnered 7,478.

Meanwhile in Akoko-Edo, the APC candidate had 22,963 votes against 20,101 by the PDP.

As things stand, the PDP still holds the lead by a huge margin having won 11 of the 15 LGAs.
