The 17 members of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly sacked by the Federal High Court in Abuja have appealed the judgement and stay of execution, according to Speaker Francis Nwifiru.
Nwifuru stated this while briefing journalists at his lodge on Ezza Road in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state capital.
Nwifiru assured constituents that the law will take its position.
