Coalition: Is Buhari a PDP Member? Bode George Tackles Atiku

Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s 2023 presidential candidate, has drawn criticism from former Deputy National Chairman Bode George for his visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari.
As you may remember, Atiku paid Buhari a visit at his home in Kaduna during a visit with former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai and former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Tambuwal.
Atiku made it clear, though, that the visit was mainly for Sallah festivities and had nothing to do with any talks on the proposed political party alliance that would strengthen the opposition.
George denounced the visit in an exclusive interview, stating that Atiku has no business with Buhari.

He chastised Atiku for thinking about merging after gaining advantages from the PDP. “The PDP is the only party in the country with a proper structure,” he said, insisting that other parties join it.

They visited Baba Buhari, George claimed. Has Buhari joined the PDP? Beyond the fact that they are from the same area, what connection do Atiku, his crew, and Buhari have?
