Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal visit troops, demand synergy with other security agencies

When visiting the troops, the Army and Air Force Chiefs expect coordination.

Army Chief of Staff Major General Taoreed Lagbaja and Chief of the Air Staff Air Vice Marshal Hassan Abubakar are calling on soldiers in the various theatres of operations to cooperate with other security organisations.

They recognised the sacrifices made by the soldiers and their families, particularly the deceased and injured, to uphold peace and security in Nigeria.

Wednesday’s joint Eid-El-Kabir celebration for the troops in Maiduguri featured speeches from the service chiefs.
