In an effort to combat the nation’s increasing unemployment rate and boost job creation, the federal government has announced plans to create industrial clusters.
This information was revealed by President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday in Abuja during the 55th International Conference of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, which had as its topic “Sustainable Human Resources, Business, and National Development.”
Nkiru Onyejeocha, the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, spoke on behalf of the President, outlining the administration’s resolve to steer Nigeria toward independence and lessen reliance on outside assistance in the face of global difficulties.
The creation of distinctive industrial hubs suited to the advantages of every area in our vast country is what we see as an unparalleled degree of industrial activity.

It is acknowledged that attaining sustainable development necessitates creating an atmosphere rich in employment prospects, guaranteeing food sovereignty, and eliminating poverty.
“To achieve our vision, we must be inclusive; women and youth will be prominently featured in all of our endeavors as we acknowledge their critical role in our country’s success,” the president declared.
