Buhari swore in Malam Muazu Sambo as Minister of State for Works and Housing

President Muhammadu Buhari swore in Malam Muazu Sambo, the newly appointed Minister of State for Works and Housing, on Friday.

The event took place just before the start of the National Security Council meeting at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Remember that Sambo was appointed Minister of State, Works and Housing in the Ministry of Works and Housing after replacing Mamman Sale, a former Minister of Power from Taraba.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and Ministers of Justice, Defence, Interior, Police Affairs, and Foreign Affairs are among those attending the security meeting, according to NAN.

Service chiefs include Usman Baba, Inspector-General of Police, rtd Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno, National Security Adviser to the President, rtd Maj. Gen. Babagana Monguno, Yusuf Bichi, Director-General of the Department of State Services, and Abubakar Rufa’i, Director-General, NIA.
