President Muhammadu Buhari has extended the tenure of Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu for another three months.
The Minister of Police Affairs Maigari Dingyadi made this known on Thursday in Abuja.
He said the extension wouldl give the government ample time to select a competent successor.
