As a guest of President Emmanuel Macron at the Palais de l’Élysée, President Muhammadu Buhari arrived in Paris, France, on Tuesday afternoon.

During his official visit to France on Wednesday, President Muhammadu Buhari will meet with his French counterpart to discuss mutually beneficial issues, including strengthening economic ties, improving security cooperation, and working together on issues such as education, health, and COVID-19.
Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari will begin a three-day summit at the Grande Halle de La Villette in Paris on Thursday with world leaders, heads of international organizations, leaders of civil society and the private sector to discuss how to improve governance for a peaceful world.

At the event, he said the president would make a statement about Nigeria’s unique experience and the peace efforts that have been made so far.
In addition to President Macron, VP Kamala Harris of the US, and Bangladesh’s Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, he says other speakers will be in attendance.
To improve global peace, Adesina said this year the leaders would review 80 projects, such as reforming capitalism for greater impact on the global economy, addressing climate change, fake news and the challenge that it poses to journalism and cyber security.
