The abducted students from Bakura, Zamfara State’s College of Agriculture and Animal Science, have been released.

On Friday, the state’s governor, Muhammad Bello Mutawalle, told reporters in Gusau.

Mutawalle went on to say that they were set free thanks to repentant bandits.

He stated that no ransom was paid in exchange for their release.
