Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has fired some of his commissioners. The announcement was made during the state executive meeting in Ibadan held on Tuesday. Some of the commissioners were appointed in 2019, two years after they were appointed. They were sacked by the Governor.

According to the statement, the state executive council’s appointments would be terminated as of today, July 29.
