In the northern region of the country, a group called the Ajadi Rescue Movement, composed of supporters of a chieftain of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has stated that they are willing to support their principal’s interest in the education sector by giving exercise books to underprivileged students as part of their efforts to contribute their share to the country’s educational development.
The group’s Kebbi state chapter has already started distributing the exercise books throughout the state’s 21 local government districts.
In an interview with the media on Monday, Ajadi stated that while he is not the project’s executor, he values the work his supporters do to advance education and aid underprivileged pupils.
Renowned philanthropist Ajadi, who ran for governor of Ogun State in the 2023 NNPP election, said that the work being done by the Ajadi Rescue Movement is a positive step since they know how much he values youth development and education.
He claimed that other Movement chapters in the northern states had notified him that the same gesture would shortly begin.
“The readiness of my supporters, the Ajadi Rescue Movement, in various states to support education and youth development is a welcome development, especially in this New Year,” he said.
“It is impossible to measure how much I support education. Every child should receive an education, in my opinion. I have been doing my hardest throughout the years to help underprivileged youngsters fulfill their dream of receiving an education.

“My fans chose to follow a noble path because they are aware of what I stand for. I have a passion for youth development and education. I am the Ambassador for Youth. And I’ve promised to keep pushing for youth development and education across the country, even in the face of a challenging economy.
“I beg them to help the underprivileged pupils more. I am grateful to the Kebbi State chapter for initiating the activity. It’s a commendable initiative that demonstrates their genuine support for me. They encourage me since they are aware of my passions.
“Every other state chapter that has committed to distributing the exercise books ought to do so without any problems. Let us help the underprivileged in this difficult time.
“Government is insufficient on its own. Given the exorbitant expense of life these days, all good-hearted Nigerians ought to help the impoverished students and their parents, Ajadi remarked.
