President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the publisher of ThisDay Newspaper, Nduka Obaigbena, on his 65th birthday.
The President felicitated Obaigbena in a statement issued on Sunday by his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale.
Tinubu noted the enterprising spirit of the media mogul and prayed for greater achievements for the renowned publisher.
The President also commended Obaigbena’s philanthropic efforts, especially in education, which, he said have demonstrated his passion for human development.
The statement added, “President Tinubu notes the enterprising spirit of the former President of the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association of Nigeria (NPAN), who founded ThisWeek Magazine, and later, THISDAY Newspapers, Arise Magazine, and The Arise News Channel.”
