Passengers lament flight delay, may sue airline

After enduring a four-hour flight delay, some passengers on Nigeria’s Air Peace commercial airline have expressed their disgust and outrage.

The incapacity of the airplane to shut down was caused by a malfunctioning power pack, as demonstrated by the footage shared by X user @iSlimfit in a series of tweets on Friday.

The plane could not be manually shut down until another power pack was obtained.

“After the power pack that powers the aircraft was replaced, the 8 a.m. flight finally took off at 2 p.m.,” the tweets said. Arrived at Abuja around 1:00 pm, but the aircraft wouldn’t turn off, so we couldn’t get off the plane.

“For an 8 a.m. flight, this is past 10 and we’re still here,” a passenger was heard saying in one of the recordings. Sky Harmony! Eventually, passengers began to yell, and they felt compelled to evacuate.

Even worse, there has been no regret expressed or justification provided. In our nation, a lot of crap gets away with people.

Nevertheless, all travelers have united and decided to file a class action lawsuit against @flyairpeace, particularly for those who have dealt with them repeatedly.
