In case the decision of the Presidential Election Tribunal does not favor President Bola Tinubu, the Lagos State Parks Management Committee, chaired by Musiliu Akinsanya, also known as MC Oluomo, has mobilized some goons to be on standby.
Members of the Lagos State Parks Management Committee are among the criminals that MC Oluomo sent to Abuja.
In a video clip that was obtained, MC Oluomo and other people can be seen waiting in the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) office in Abuja for the Tribunal to rule on the petitions filed in opposition to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) declaration of Tinubu as the election’s victor.
According to reports, none of the three candidates for president currently engaged in a legal battle before the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja—President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party—were present when the tribunal delivered its decision on Wednesday.
A sizable crowd of plaintiffs, attorneys, and other interested parties have descended on the court ahead of the Presidential Election Petitions Court’s (PEPC) final ruling on the petitions submitted in opposition to Tinubu’s election, which is scheduled for this Wednesday morning.
Vice President Shettima, President Femi Gbajabiamila’s chief of staff, Ganduje, and the governors of Imo and Kogi states, Hope Uzodinma and Yahaya Bello, were among the members of the ruling party in the courtroom.
The PDP’s acting national chairman, Umar Damagun, and Abure represented the opposition.
In March, it was also reported that MC Oluomo had warned Igbo people to stay indoors during Saturday’s governorship election in Lagos if they did not want to support the candidates of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
This was demonstrated in a widely shared video of a Tinubu supporter urging their Igbo neighbors not to bother going to the polls on election day if they wanted to vote for candidates other than the flagbearers of the ruling party.
Meanwhile, MC Oluomo has stated in the open that Tinubu is his owner.
MC Oluomo claimed in an Instagram post from October 2018 that Tinubu owned him and the APC and that he would support whatever Tinubu desired.
He declared on his Instagram account, “I am an Asiwaju Bola Ahmend Tinubu Jagaban loyalist, I wear the Jagaban jersey, I’ve been a loyalist since 1999, the first Mecca I went is through his execellence in the year 2000, moreover, he as done alot for me, he made me who i am today. Our relationship has been very cordial and strong in the area that I grew up in.
As a result, I am one of his supporters who has a tremendous faith in him. He owns the party, and I, Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya Mc oloumo, belong everywhere his interests are. Because his administration continues to operate under the watchful eye of the party’s national leader, my community in Oshodi and I previously supported HE Akinwunmi Ambode for a second term. However, in this instance, I must now obey Bola Ahmend Tinubu’s interests and the party’s choice.
“Things will go as planned if Asiwaju Bola Ahmend Tinubu once more declares that Babajide Sanwoolu is no longer in office.”
