On Sunday, May 28, at 7 am, President Muhammadu Buhari will give a farewell broadcast as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
This information was shared in a statement that was released on Saturday by Femi Adesina, who serves as the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.
Adesina made the following request to the various electronic media outlets: “Television, radio stations, and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.”

According to recent reports, President Buhari will formally turn over power to President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29.
