NRC Releases passengers manifest for ill-Fated Abuja-Kaduna Train

The passengers’ manifest for the ill-fated Abuja-Kaduna train has been issued by the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC).

It was recalled that on Monday night, gunmen suspected of being terrorists attacked the Abuja-Kaduna train between Katari and Rigina axis, killing at least eight people.
Terrorists are suspected to have taken an indeterminate number of people, while 26 have been confirmed injured.

The State Government obtained the complete passenger manifest for the ill-fated train from the NRC, according to Samuel Aruwan, Kaduna Commissioner, Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs.

According to the records, 398 people purchased tickets for the journey, but only 362 were recognized as having entered the train through the designated turnstile.

The identities of the 398 people who were validated, including the 362 people, have now been revealed.
