The All Progressives Congress has a new national chairman, Abdullahi Adamu (APC).
Former Governor of Nasarawa State, the sitting Senator is a fervent supporter of President Muhammadu Buhari.
At the party’s headquarters on Wednesday, he took the baton of leadership from Mai Buni, the former chairman.

Since 2020, the National Caretaker and Convention Planning Committee has been chaired by the Governor of Yobe State.
At the APC convention held at Eagle Square in Abuja last Saturday, Adamu was elected chairman.
More than 70 additional members of the National Working Committee were also confirmed (NWC).
