Muhammad Ibrahim Little, a well-known Kano politician, has chosen the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to run for governor in the 2023 general elections.
On Friday, he picked up the form at the PDP headquarters in Abuja.
Little lost the All Peoples Party ticket in 2003 to Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, who went on to become the governor of the state that year and also ran on the Peoples Redemption Party platform that year, losing.

Little has entered the governorship race, according to the PDP chairman in Kano, Shehu Wada Sagagi, who also confirmed to Our Reporter that he is eligible to run.
“Everyone knows Little is up to the task, and he’s a tenacious politician who believes in active partisan politics,” Sagagi said.
That’s not a problem at all.”
